晶圓清潔系統(Wafer Cleaning System)
The cleansing system works with 6" and 8" wafers and other realted tools with round or square shape. The system uses a brushing cleansing liquid with two selectable and fill level controlled solvent receptacles. It has a remote programming and administration of process recipes and a solvent drawer for user frendly replacement.
